Artistic Activism for AAPI Community

In May 2021, Jenny Huang was invited as the opening musician for “The Push” art exhibition, an exhibition that represents the AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) groups, at the High Line Nine Gallery in New York City. Together, with violinist Jennifer Ahn, and the visual art that “The Push” presented, Jenny Huang and Jennifer Ahn performed music by all Asian composers to draw awareness for the AAPI community and the “Stop Asian Hate” movement. All 200 tickets were sold out a week prior.
