Jenny Huang, a TWO-time Top Piano Teacher recognized by Steinway & Sons (2022 & 2024) and a Yamaha Distinguished Guest Artist, leads a team of expert instructors offering premier piano, violin, guitar, drum, and music theory lessons for students ages 3 to 80, at all skill levels. Since 2020, Jenny Huang Music Studio has become one of Manhattan’s most sought-after music schools, now providing both in-home and in-studio lessons across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City.

A Steinway Teaching Artist and Yamaha Distinguished Guest Artist, Jenny holds a Master’s in Piano from the Mannes School of Music and a Bachelor’s in Piano Performance from Oberlin College & Conservatory. Her undergrad research with Dr. Andrea McAlister focuses on piano pedagogy for young children and teenagers.

Jenny has taught at all educational levels, from college students to toddlers to elementary schoolers. Since 2018, she has been invited annually to deliver recitals, lectures, and masterclasses at Yamaha. With over a decade of teaching experience, Jenny’s students consistently earn top honors in international piano competitions and perform at world-renowned venues, including Steinway Hall, Merkin Hall, and Lincoln Center.

  • Jenny Huang

    Piano & Founder

    A TWO-time “Top Piano Teacher” recognized by Steinway & Sons, Steinway Teaching Artist, and Yamaha Distinguished Guest Artist, Jenny is a highly respected pianist and pedagogue. She has taught all levels, from college students to young children, and has been invited annually since 2018 to deliver recitals, lectures, and masterclasses at Yamaha. With over a decade of teaching experience, her students consistently earn top honors in international competitions and perform at venues like Steinway Hall and Lincoln Center.

    Jenny holds a Master’s in Piano from Mannes School of Music and a Bachelor’s in Piano Performance from Oberlin College & Conservatory.

  • Emma

    Piano

    Concert pianist Emma has been lauded internationally through numerous performances and competitions. As the prize winner of the Schubert Club Young Artists’ Competition, YPSCA Concerto Competition, and the St. Petersburg Palace International Competition, Emma was featured on National Public Radio’s From the Top and Minnesota Varsity. She has performed with some of the top orchestras in the world, including the Milan Chamber Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of St. Petersburg, and the Minnesota Orchestra.

    In addition to Emma’s versatile career as a concert pianist, she has been teaching piano lessons for six years. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance at the Mannes School of Music.

  • Jacob

    Piano

    Jacob is an accomplished pianist and dedicated educator based in New York City.

    A graduate of the Mannes School of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree, Jacob has performed at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Weill Hall, Steinway Hall, and Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center. He was featured on WQXR’s Young Artists Showcase and is a laureate of the International Chopin Competition in Hartford, CT.

    As an educator, Jacob emphasizes skills including theory, composition, and listening to build a well-rounded foundation for his students. He has taught at The New School and Mannes Prep Pre-College Program, fostering a love for music in his students of all ages.

  • Adeline

    Violin

    Adeline is a Filipino-American violinist and educator who has held Concertmaster positions with the New York Youth Symphony at Carnegie Hall and the Mannes Orchestra at Lincoln Center. She has performed at the Philippine and Argentine Embassies and the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. and has collaborated with members of world-renowned string quartets such as Aizuri, American, Brooklyn Rider, Chiara, Harlem, JACK, and Terra.

    Passionate about building communities through music, Adeline is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Westside Chamber Players. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from the Mannes School of Music and will pursue her Master’s at the Manhattan School of Music in Fall 2024.


  • Richard

    Guitar

    Described as a “passionate and natural performer” by renowned guitarist Berta Rojas, Richard is a highly respected guitarist and educator. He has extensive teaching experience at institutions such as The Manhattan Plucked String Academy, The Manatee School for the Arts, and the Suzuki Institute of Music, where he served as Director of Guitar Studies. Dedicated to pedagogy, he has developed etudes, exercises, and ensemble pieces that have significantly advanced his students’ growth. As a performer, Richard has performed with prestigious orchestras, including the Venice Symphony, Bradenton Symphony, and Manhattan Philharmonic.

    Richard holds a Master of Music from the Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Music from Florida State University.

  • Wen-Ting

    Drum

    NY-based drummer, composer, and educator Wen-Ting is a diverse artist from Taiwan with a background ranging from jazz to contemporary music. Most recently, she has appeared at venues and concert halls including Jazz at Lincoln Center Dizzy's Jazz Club, Smalls Jazz Club, Smoke Jazz Club, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Kupferberg Center for the Arts. She recently completed a tour in Asia with the famous Golden Melody Award-winning synth-pop band Sunset Rollercoaster performing at major festivals with more than 20 thousand audiences.

    As an advocate for music education, she has taught at Syracuse University, the Steamboat Music Festival in Colorado, the National Theater and Concert Hall Jazz Camp, and the Calhoun School in NYC.
